Business facts are configured and reviewed.
Service areas, hours, eligibility, fees, warranties, and transfer rules are set from client-approved information; uncertain answers go to a person.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES / CLIENT TRUST
The system is designed around approved business facts, specific permissions, realistic human handoffs, controlled release processes, and careful reporting. These are design standards—not certification claims.
THE MAVENU APPROACH
Service areas, hours, eligibility, fees, warranties, and transfer rules are set from client-approved information; uncertain answers go to a person.
Agents must not invent pricing, issue unauthorized discounts, approve financing, make contractual commitments, or override suppression rules.
Complex complaints, safety issues, high-risk decisions, and explicit requests for staff are routed according to a tested client-approved procedure.
Workflows and conversations are checked against normal, ambiguous, and exceptional scenarios before deployment in controlled stages.
Limit access, avoid publishing private information, document data flows, and configure applicable privacy and communications requirements before launch.
Separate directly attributed recoveries, assisted sales, and opportunities that cannot be confidently attributed.
IMPORTANT BOUNDARY
For urgent or potentially dangerous situations, the agent follows approved safety language and escalation rules. It does not diagnose a hazard as safe or pretend an employee has accepted a call.
